On July 28, 2022, Sha Yonghai, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Management Science and Engineering of Shandong Institute of Business and Industry (SBI), and Feng Shuhu, Dean of the School of Management Science and Engineering, and other leaders and their entourage visited Jerei, and An Shicai, Jerei's Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Vice President, led the team to receive them, and both sides discussed in-depth discussions on the promotion of deeper cooperation between schools and enterprises and the enhancement of school-enterprise linkage.



This seminar is a visit and research activity carried out by the School of Management Science and Engineering of Shandong Institute of Commerce and Industry (SICI) to enrich employment channels, promote school-enterprise integration and deepen school-enterprise cooperation.

Shandong University of Business and Economics, referred to as “Shanshang”, was founded in 1985 and is a professional undergraduate college that focuses on the direction of finance and economics. The School of Management Science and Engineering is one of the secondary colleges under Shandong Shangshang, with strong faculty and six undergraduate majors, all of which are Shandong Province's high-level applied construction projects, of which the discipline of management science and engineering is a provincial key discipline, master's degree authorization discipline. The college has a faculty with reasonable structure, rich teaching experience and high scientific research level, and in order to adapt to the social development, it established the Shandong Emergency Management College in April 2019. In recent years, the college has undertaken more than 240 projects of various types, including 18 state-level projects, 25 Shandong Province Nature Fund projects, and more than 100 other provincial and ministerial projects, and has delivered a large number of composite and applied outstanding graduates with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability to the society.



Leaders from Shandong Institute of Business and Industry visited Jerei Digital Center and office area, and had an in-depth discussion on the closeness between school curriculum and social work. Vice President An Shicai gave a detailed introduction to Jerei's development history, corporate culture, Fulima Cloud, digital twin technology and customer service cases, and put forward specific requirements for the composition of the talent echelon needed by the company in the process of product research and development and digitalization change. At the same time, several alumni of Shandong Institute of Commerce and Industry who have been working in Jerei for many years also participated in the discussion and exchange, and put forward the school curriculum improvement opinions to the college leadership according to their own work experience and job ability demand, so that the school and enterprise can realize the interoperability in the direction of talent cultivation, and provide more references to the school's oriented cultivation of social application-oriented talents.



Jerei, as a high-tech enterprise, has a long history of school-enterprise cooperation with Shandong Institute of Commerce and Industry, and the two sides have deep cooperation in the deep integration of industry-academia-research, school-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation, and the construction of practice teaching bases, etc. At present, there are dozens of students from Shandong Institute of Commerce and Industry.
