On August 3, 2022, Li Ping, Party Secretary of the School of Economics and Management of Harbin Engineering University, and his party visited Jerei to carry out the research activities of visiting enterprises and expanding jobs. Jerei's Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Vice President, An Shicai, and General Manager of NA Marketing Group, Zhang Hengzhen, led the reception, and the two sides had a deep and cordial friendly exchange of views on deepening cooperation between enterprises and universities, training of innovative talents, in-depth fusion of industry, academia, and research, as well as cooperation in teaching and learning of virtual simulation, and other topics. Founded in 1953, Harbin Engineering University is an important talent training and scientific research base in the field of “Three Seas and One Nuclear”. The School of Economics and Management is one of the first secondary colleges established by the university, with three undergraduate majors in finance, business administration and e-commerce, among which business administration has been selected as one of the first-class undergraduate major construction sites at the national level, and finance has been selected as one of the first-class undergraduate major construction sites in Heilongjiang Province, MBA, EMBA, MPA, MEM and other professional master's degree enrollment areas, as well as management science and engineering doctoral degree authorization point and postdoctoral research station. The teaching and research team of the college, with strong faculty, provides strong support for the college's talent training and scientific research, and has undertaken 468 scientific research projects of various types, 68 national scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Social Science Foundation of China, including 7 key projects, and 141 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects. In recent years, the college think tank fruitful, as a higher education institutions for the community to deliver a large number of high-quality talent.

The research activity of visiting enterprises and expanding jobs is an activity carried out by the School of Economics and Management to enrich employment channels, promote school-enterprise integration and deepen school-enterprise cooperation. Leaders of the School of Economics and Management visited Jerei Digital Center and conducted an in-depth research on the closeness of the school curriculum and social work, and understood in detail Jerei's development history, the current situation of the company, its main business and the company's demand for high-level talents in the process of product research and development, and digitalization change.



During the discussion and exchange session, the two sides carried out full exchanges on big data and enterprise digital transformation, the deep integration of industry-university-research, university-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation, and the construction and application of virtual simulation experimental teaching courses and other related research issues, in light of the industry's demand for the management ability of engineering students and their cultivation in the context of the new engineering disciplines. In the future, the two sides will continue to achieve interoperability in the direction of talent cultivation, provide a new way to realize the organic combination and optimal allocation of school and enterprise resources, build a long-term mechanism for diversified school-enterprise cooperation in the integration of industry and education, continue to deepen the cultivation of talents in the digital industry, and build a highland of digital economy talents.
