From August 10th to 11th, 2022, the second phase of the “Advanced Training Course on Enterprise Digital Operation System Construction and Management Improvement and Smart Factory Construction” organized by the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) was successfully held in Xi'an, China, where Mr. Liu Peng, General Manager of Jerei Convergence Development Center, was invited to attend the training on “Digital Twin Factory”. The “Digital Twin Factory” training was held in Xi'an.
The purpose of the advanced workshop is to implement the strategic plan of “National 14th Five-Year Plan” on “Accelerating Digital Development and Building Digital China”, to drive the change of production mode, life style and governance mode by digital transformation, and to help enterprises to effectively apply new-generation information technology to build competitive capability in the digital era. The workshop will help enterprises effectively apply new generation information technology to build competitiveness in the digital era, cultivate new technologies, new products, new modes and new business models, and promote business innovation and transformation as well as the construction of smart factories.
This advanced workshop invites experts from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Smart Manufacturing Expert Advisory Committee, leaders from industry authorities, famous scholars in the industry, and heads of typical enterprises in the field of practical applications to provide training guidance, and conducts the training in the form of lectures, case studies, interactive exchanges, and on-site learning of digital transformation and smart manufacturing benchmarking enterprises.
In the training of “Digital Twin Factory”, General Manager Liu Peng elaborated the role of digital twin in Industry 4.0 from the aspects of digital twin production line, digital twin warehousing and logistics, intelligent park, digital twin decision-making brain, etc., and shared the construction case of driving industrial internet and empowering manufacturing practice with digital twin technology. With the 5G era in full swing, digital twin, as a derivative application of 5G, accelerates the shaping of the Internet of Things and the digitization of equipment, and has become a fuel to promote the development of the industrial Internet, which can effectively promote enterprises to complete intelligent transformation.
